In December, our youngest dancers from Studio Odette took part in Julefrid, a festive concert filled with music and celebration. Our kindergarten ballet students performed two dances, sharing the stage with choirs, soloists and pianists in a winter performance.
The day felt especially memorable as the children danced in front of the King and members of the Royal Family.

We were incredibly proud of the children’s focus, courage and joyful stage presence. Watching them step onto the stage with confidence and express themselves through dance was a highlight of the term and a beautiful example of how performance builds confidence in young dancers.
Events like Julefrid remind us why children’s ballet training is about more than learning steps. Through dance, children develop coordination, musicality and teamwork skills that extend far beyond the studio.
Thank you to everyone who made Julefrid possible and to the audience for the warmth and support that made the day so special. It was an unforgettable experience for our dancers and a moment we will treasure.
