We offer ballet classes for adults & children - beginners (no dance experience required) and experienced. Movements on the mat, at the barre and on the floor according to the same structure as a typical ballet class, with teachers who have danced professionally.

 

In addition to ballet, we also have other classes such as a strength class and a strength acrobatics class that builds on ballet and gymnastics to achieve faster results in strength, strength and confidence. They work perfectly both as standalone classes and as a complement to the ballet class.
